I just made an appointment last week to receive my Covid-19 vaccination on today.
1. Please contact/call the following telephone number ASAP-(773-241-0421).
Disregard the answering machine;you will eventually get a human voice.
2. Some one in the Pharmacy department will answer and take your name and phone number.
3.Be diligent,it took several attempts to get through. This is the Chatham Wal-mart.
