In previous years, Sankofa has raised funds to support programming and scholarships. On any normal year the National Panhellenic Council Chicago would have held several networking/fundraising events to support scholarships and programming but due to the pandemic those events have not been possible.
Each year, NPHCC has given away $1000.00 to each organization of the Divine 9. In order to fulfill this commitment, we need your help.
How you can help:
1. Sign up for the 2021 Virtual Sankofa Awards and Scholarship Gala. Consider donating $50! Research your employer Matching Program and submit a request and receipt to their Matching Gifts program. That’s $100 already!
2. Start fundraising by sharing the link to Sankofa registration and fundraising page with your friends, family and connections on social media. Encourage them to support your effort by registering for the awards presentation and with a donation. All friends and family are welcome.
